Dear big cities: your elected leaders have you over a barrel and have lined all the criminals up to fuck you in the ass... and at the end of that line, that's where you'll find your elected leaders.
I don't think the suburbanites and the country folk are going to be happy with the influx of stupid-ass, politically correct, soft-on-crime, intersectionally leftist, blue-voting city folk now streaming across their borders, too stubborn or too stupid to admit that they're the cause of their own troubles. This is invasive immigration of another kind entirely. A "welcome wagon" should greet each new arrival thus:
Your voting habits caused the problems that brought you to us. You're welcome to remain among us as long as you change those habits. If we notice that our political leaders have all suddenly become Democrats, we'll keep a roster of new arrivals and burn your fucking houses to the ground, whether your particular vote was the cause or not. Stick around after we make you homeless, and you'll come to know the term "frontier justice." So, yes: you're perfectly welcome here... as long as you behave.
