And here's something that the foreign press should mangle shortly.... It seems that Hispanic kids in the USA, who speak English in addition to Spanish, are more sexually active. That's not a big surprise to the English teacher in me - speaking more languages gives you (as they said in "Top Gun") a 'target-rich environment'.
