Ave, Jeff!

Jeff at Beautiful Atrocities posts a link to a piece written in early 1900s style, recounting a rather everyday event as if it were a Lovecraftian horror tale. The astute reader will notice that the narrative, which is otherwise quite accurate in its step-by-step portrayal of the event in question, neglects to mention one very crucial phase.

And let me lodge a complaint right now: I have too many damn Jeffs on my blogroll. I'm gonna have to kill a few just to lessen my confusion.
