I had myself two salads and a small frozen pizza. Once again, the pizza was marvelous after I sexed it up. A journey in pictures:

As I did last time, I thawed the shrimp and coated the little fuckers with mayonnaise dusted with a combination of harissa powder, Cajun seasoning, chipotle flakes, and garlic powder. (The mayo is mostly oil, but there's some egg in there to promote browning during baking.) The cheese was left over from when I made lasagna: a mix of mozzarella, Parmigiano, garlic powder, and parsley. Like last time, the result was once again light-years better than any typical frozen pizza. For the broil this time, I cranked up the heat and moved the pizza closer to the burners. That did the trick: I got the cheese to brown.
As Chef John says, Never let the food win.
