an update on my problems leaving comments

Whatever problem I'm having with leaving comments on other Blogspot blogs, it's definitely not Mac-only: the problem is on my phone as well (it's a Samsung Galaxy S4 from 2013). Everything seems to be fine on my office's desktop computer, but neither my phone nor my Mac laptop will allow me to leave comments as long as I'm using Chrome (I haven't checked what happens if I use a different browser, like Brave or Safari).
