John McCrarey, now back to blogging at Long Time Gone, offers up a tale of online woe that many of us can relate to. The kicker: in an age of Automated Everything, we so often wish to speak with a live human being in the hopes that this will expedite whatever customer service process we're caught up in, but in John's case, this didn't help. What's worse: John's nightmare isn't quite over. Read his piece to find out why.
In any case, welcome back to the blogosphere, man. That was quite an odyssey.
