The new mayor of Manila is on a big clean up the city kick. I saw something similar to this in Manila bay. All I can say is I hope they have a big fleet because the trash you clean today will be back again tomorrow. Littering and trashing the environment seems to be ingrained in the culture of Filipinos. I'm still shocked almost daily that people litter with impunity here.
