gym culture deserves to be satirized

I have no plans to sign up for a gym ever again. Certainly not in the States, where gyms have been taken over by narcissistic female TikTokers filming themselves and acting as if every man in the gym is staring at them. What kind of toxic nonsense is that? A person can buy his own equipment or make do with bodyweight calisthenics. And that's why I love these short videos by Olima Omega, who looks as if he hits the gym regularly but is a good enough sport to satirize the worst aspects of gym culture.
