menu for the next three days

Today: keto burgers and keto fries using the Joe Duff keto-bagel recipe.

Tomorrow (Sunday): my first-ever keto fried rice.

Monday: the rest of my keto burgers and keto fries. Yay!

Skip ahead to next Friday (after 3 days' fasting): the rest of the keto fried rice.

Coming soon: keto gnocchi with shrimp and cream sauce. (I've done keto gnocchi before. Results were mixed: the "gnocchi" itself was fine, but the cream sauce was salty, and using dried herbs as a garnish didn't exactly prettify the dish.)
