will AI replace real actors?

Corridor Crew explores the spooky possibilities as AI continues to evolve:

My mind always goes back to that old sci-fi movie "Looker" (starring Albert Finney), which explores the notion of actors who get digitally replaced and whose likenesses are used from then on. I should go back and rewatch that flick. It's been years. I recall thinking it was really cool when I was a kid. I also thought Albert Finney's character was awesome, but I was probably in late elementary school or early junior-high school at the time, so pretty much everything was awesome back then. Oh, yeah: Susan Dey was in this movie, long before she got famous on "L.A. Law" five years later.
