Are Blogspot blogs being targeted by the Korean government again? I'm currently unable to see my own blog the normal way, but can see it fine through Unipeak.
What gives?
UPDATE: Thanks to Dr. Hodges (who's already posted on the current blockage) and the Nomad, I now know the problem affects certain Typepad blogs as well: those blogs with "typepad.com" as their domain. Typepad blogs sporting the "blogs.com" domain seem to be OK. Go figure. If it's blockage, it's unevenly done, just like last year.

ReplyDeleteYes, all Blogspot and Typepad sites are blocked in Korea. Pathetic. Totally illogical. I should not be surprised, though. The Korean government has not got this whole free democratic society thing quite figured out yet. It is a big, scary concept that takes decades to digest for the geezers who run things. Meanwhile, I have got to use fucking unipeak to access my highly controversial blog about slippers and white bread. The first time I was angry. Now I just think it is sad and pathetic. There is a xenophobic component to the selection of sites they chose to block by the way. But, it is just not worth going into here. It would take far to long and get me far to worked up. Any foreigner who has lived in Korea for long enough knows the society is racist. Fucking Ministry of Information and Communication cocksuckers.
ReplyDeleteHey Kevin, I can\'t even get to the blogger homepage through unipeak, and therefore can\'t post anything to my blog. It\'s sad, hundreds of millions of people will have to be without Jellification. I wonder what\'s up!
ReplyDeleteUm, it's loading on my home computer now, with no problems. *shrug*
ReplyDeleteIt couldn't be the email I send Blogger Help this morning, could it? :)
