I just saw a claim that 34% of the people who attended a recent Trump rally in Michigan were Democrats. Strange, eh? Click and read on.

Well, to tell you the truth... I've been giving this a lot of thought lately. Perhaps I haven't given Trump the credit he deserves. After all, he has achieved a lot. And he has transformed the American political landscape, which is no mean feat. So I might be rethinking my 2020 vote.
ReplyDeleteAnd a Happy First of April to you, too.
ReplyDeleteBy the way, the article I linked to was published on March 31, so I'm not sure whether Don Surber meant it as an April Fool's joke. It may have been, but Surber is a huge Trump partisan. There were some really circumspect comments in the comment thread, including one from a dude who flat-out said you can't use cell-phone numbers to check voting records. (There was a rebuttal to that comment, so the debate rolls on.)
ReplyDeleteYeah, it didn't look like the article was meant as an April Fool's joke.
ReplyDeleteAnd, had I not seen your post right before I was getting ready to go to bed last night after a long freaking day, I would have put more thought into my comment. I felt a little guilty about half-assing it like that.
