Burger Dude runs through vegan cheeses

I really liked the vegan cheese I'd ordered through Coupang. In the grilled-cheese sandwich I'd made, it behaved and tasted pretty much like real cheese, but when eaten cold, straight from the packet, it did get a little chalky the more I chewed it. Below is a video by YouTuber Thee Burger Dude, an ex-carnivore and committed vegan who is constantly working with vegan products. In this video, he runs through several styles of vegan cheese; I don't think he worked with my brand, but his culinary experiments were nevertheless interesting to me.
