These are not healthy cookies despite the low-carb almond flour. They're also gooey-soft—softer than the previous batch made with artificial sweeteners. you have to hold the cookies vertically to keep them from collapsing on you. It might not be a good idea to switch out fake sugar for real sugar on a 1:1 basis, whatever the erythritol-package instructions might say.
