finally: a legit keto meal
Homemade sausage, my Ziploc omelette, and homemade keto pancakes made with blanched almond flour. Obviously, this meal doesn't include any good-for-you components like leafy greens or crucifers (e.g., broccoli and cauliflower), but it's legitimately keto. The maple syrup is sugar- and calorie-free; it's cloudy because it got microwaved with butter. The pancakes were my second attempt at keto pancakes, and they were legitimately delicious. Using blanched almond flour instead of almond meal makes all the difference, it turns out. I'd still rather have real maple syrup, though.
