Can't sleep.
I blame the fasting. This is definitely going to mess up my schedule: I had originally planned to wake up around 6 a.m., train out to Yangpyeong around 7 a.m., arrive around 9 a.m., and walk until about 4 or 5 p.m. Since I'm still awake, that plan is out the window now. I guess I'll just do a 25K walk down to Bundang along my new route later in the day.
Is this what they mean by "fasting makes you more energetic"?
