By rights, Smollett ought to go to prison for a long time, given the trouble he's caused the city of Chicago ("MAGA country," my ass). But he won't. He'll likely get a slap on the wrist despite being guilty of five felonies, and the left will keep complaining about how white people are never satisfactorily punished under our justice system.
