AND A NEW RULE (per this post): comments critical of Trump's lying must include criticism of Biden's or Kamala's or some prominent leftie's lying on a one-for-one basis! Failure to be balanced means your comment will not be published.

Yeah, that's why I'd never consider putting down roots in the form of owning a house (you can't own land as a foreigner, so people do 50-year leases on the land to build on) because I'm making a dash for the exit when China rolls in. And I've always suspected that is inevitable.
