Stay tuned! I just saw "Star Trek Into Darkness" Thursday night. A review will be up soon. I can't decide whether to write the review with or without spoilers. Some of what I have to say depends upon knowing certain major story elements; it would be hard to discuss these ideas without revealing the plot. What to do?
I'll offer one spoiler right now—a spoiler about what I'm going to say in my review: JJ Abrams must really be in love with Nicholas Meyer.
More later. Watch this space.

No spoilers please. It hasn't been released in South Korea. Instead, Iron Man and Fast & Furious 6 are playing on half the screens.
ReplyDeleteYeah, "Trek" doesn't come out in Korea until May 30. OK, I'll try to keep this spoiler-free, although I'll note that that'll be hard to do. A lot of professional reviewers have already spilled the beans about one or two major plot points. These reviewers tried not to reveal these points directly, but even in implying, they managed to say everything. Of course, the biggest of these plot points was one I'd suspected already, so the critics' spilling of the beans wasn't a big shock.
