I've worked my way through most of the Go Jjang menu, so yesterday, I decided to pull a Psaki and circle back to the menu item that got me addicted to the place: the brisket kalguksu. I wasn't quite as blown away this time, but that's only because I knew what to expect. I did, however, think the guy used a bit less beef than last time, which makes me worried that his business might already be suffering problems. I hope not: Go Jjang deserves to chug along for a long, long time.
