the US Navy is in big trouble

China is far outstripping the US in shipbuilding. Even if we don't consider China, the US is building warships at a snail's pace, and ship repair is happening at an arguably slower pace. The US Navy doesn't even have 300 viable ships in the water, and due to the slowness of repairs, that number is ticking downward. Even if China's ships are as crappy as most other Chinese products, all of this is still worrisome news.

  1. Scary times. China reminds me of the Japan of the 1930s, except bigger and badder. If and when the war breaks out, the world will never be the same. Thank God we have a leader like Biden to keep us all safe!
