chicken cordon bleu for the king

I've got the ingredients to make Andy's version of chicken cordon bleu, so that is how I'll be celebrating the King's coronation tomorrow—not by making Coronation Chicken. I've also got bread to bake for Monday, plus a couple other small items to buy for Monday's side salad (caprese), so I guess Saturday will be all about cooking. And eating.
