Anesthesia apparently does a number on you when you wake up from it. I've never had general anesthesia, so I wouldn't know. Here's a cute video of a young lady who wakes up from a procedure for which she'd been anesthetized. Her boyfriend is there to greet her; she doesn't recognize him, but she knows he's cute... if a little "weird-looking." And then this strange man does something she finds shocking... but not entirely unpleasant.
